Удаленная техническая поддержка (УТП) используется для обеспечения прямого подключения к вашему компьютеру на котором установлена программа AVA. Этот метод позволяет достаточно быстро выявить и устранить неисправности.

В настоящее время в AVA мы используем  два варианта УТП:  join.me и TeamViewer см. инструкции ниже.

1. Install the application from the link above, following the on line instructions.

2. After installing, TeamViewer will launch, your ID number and Password will be shown.

3. For AVA Support to be able to connect, you must either phone us and read out your ID and password or e-mail these details to support@avacadcam.com 

IMPORTANT NOTE: TeamViewer v6 is required for connection. Please use the link above to download and install. Please do not download direct from the TeamViewer website due to version variations.
