National Online Learning Day is part of a national celebration of the power of online learning, and how many students are thriving in this new digital world. It aims to encourage the use of online resources and inspire the future of online education.
At AVA we took this idea and turned it into our own online learning week, during which we spoke to industry experts across the country to provide our online community with specialist insights and expert advice.
The week kicked off on September 13th 2021. Our first interview was with Alicia Archer, Founder and Creative Director of Pattern Hive – an independent design company located in Macclesfield. Alicia gave us some great insights into her work and how she got to where she is now.
We also spoke about the importance of colour and digital print with John Mark Wallpaper, got some sneak peaks into the impressive history and developments of Anstey Wallpaper, and had a great chat with Debbie McKeegan of Texintel about her journey in the textile industry.
Throughout the week we also showcased some of the AVA software, explaining how it works and demonstrating some of our new features designed especially for industry.
We are so thrilled that the week went well. We had a great time making the videos with all of our amazing partners. We thank everyone who took part in the week, whether helping make it happen or watching our content.
