Remote Technical Support (RTS) facilitates direct connection to your AVA station, allowing one to one interactive assistance often providing much quicker and accurate trouble shooting.
AVA currently uses two options for RTS, join.me and TeamViewer, please see further instructions below.

1. Install the application from the link above, following the on line instructions.
2. After installing, TeamViewer will launch, your ID number and Password will be shown.
3. For AVA Support to be able to connect, you must either phone us and read out your ID and password or e-mail these details to firstname.lastname@example.org
IMPORTANT NOTE: TeamViewer v10 is required for connection. Please use the link above to download and install. Please do not download direct from the TeamViewer website due to version variations.
