We use AVA intensively for colouring our designs and developing new ones. The ability to work with layers allows us to take elements from existing designs and develop totally new concepts without investment while the AVA Colour module is very easy to use and allows us to make colour variations very easily and in the fraction of the time it takes in the lab or with other software we have seen. Our new digital print workflow is producing fantastic results. With it, we are able to print directly onto the substrate, including inhibition, and present these digital samples to customers as real lab samples almost immediately. Creating a range of ten colourways now takes less than a day where previously we would have waited four to five weeks for plates and lab work. AVA always gives very good support and it is good to be able to rely on it. They keep searching for the answer until the problem is resolved and always follow up to make sure we are happy and can work again.
“I have been using AVA for more than ten years and it’s the best software for my work. It is easy to use and saves me lots of time.”
Philip De Ruysscher, Design Development.
